Super Brady in Uniform

Posted April 29, 2018 | General

Super Brady: Always on the Move! is on the move. After sharing the first copies with Brady, his family, and friends (aka co-author/illustrators), 1793 books were mailed to every public elementary school in the state.  Twenty-eight books were given to Spring Garden Elementary School so every classroom in Brady’s school now has a copy, and another 138 books will ensure that every 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade class in Bethlehem Area School District has “Super Brady” in their classroom. By the beginning of the 2018-19 school year the same will be true for every school in Lehigh and Northampton County. Thanks to a 50th Anniversary Spark Grant from the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation, and a matching grant from the Lion and Blue Bear Foundation, as well as additional funding from Air Products, Crayola, and Just Born Quality Confections, Super Brady will be shared with 24,000 local students by their 1050 teachers, and countless others across the Commonwealth.

Thanks to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, 200 young fans brought a copy of the book home today. As part of the Autism Awareness Day at Coca-Cola Park, Brady and Julia were available to sign those books.
